Welcome to your new Fully Funded heating system!
This is a fully funded heating system at no cost to you, you may be thinking, how is this possible? Below, we have a step by step process which explains what the system is, why you should get one and how it’s FREE for you.
If you:
- Live in the CO/IP/CM Postcode
- Have a Gas Combi Boiler (Which means no hot water tank/cylinder).
- Receive any form of Government Allowance or Tax Credit.
Then this directly applies to you!
What is the Green Homes Grant?
The Green Home Grant was introduced with the goal of making homes more energy efficient and environmentally sustainable. This consists of a £5,000 & £10,000 voucher.
For anyone receiving any form of Government benefits/allowances they’re eligible for a brand new, fully funded heating system.
What is the Heating System?
The heating system is a hybrid which means it’s a combination of a state of the art Combustion Boiler and the most efficient Heat Pump on the market. If you’re wondering how it works and what that is, please check our video above!
Most importantly, it will give a great idea on how it is going to benefit you. The reason behind why the Government are offering this system to you (and it being free to you!) is for the environmental and economical benefits for the country.
What’s the catch?
The only catch is that the system we’re offering is specifically a Gas Combi boiler replacement. A combi boiler doesnt have a hot water cylinder/tank, meaning if you have a cylinder/tank, the system you have is a condensing boiler not a combi.

Why should I switch?

Who are we?
In 1999 CB Heating was established by a very young and talented, apprentice trained plumber, Clayton Browne. Clayton saw a future in renewable energy when he was working with Thermal Solar Energy systems, over 20 years ago. As new technologies developed and emerged on to the market, he was keen to explore and embrace them. Clayton Installed his first Air Source Heat pump with an underfloor heating system on a beautiful barn conversion all the way back in the year 2000. Since then he and his installation teams have installed nearly a 1,000 more!

Apply
The next step is filling out the Green Homes Grant application and applying for your voucher. A member of our team will walk you through every step of the process if needed over the phone.

Technical Assessment
Once you’ve applied for the Grant we’ll come out and do the Technical Assessment of your property. This will determine whether or not the installation is feasible for us and you! (Covid Safe)

Installation
The final step, Installation! Once we’ve received approval and arranged an installation date with you, we’ll come and install the system (most likely within a day!).
