The day has finally arrived for your Heat Pump installation to begin!
Your installation team will arrive bright and early at around 8am, before they begin work they will run through exactly what they are going to do and when. They will endeavour to keep disruption to an absolute minimum and will discuss and agree the times that you will be without heating or got water whilst work is carried out. You will have cold water at al times, meaning that toilets will still flush, and you will have drinking water.
The installers will follow the installation plan created by the design team in line with the Design Feasibility Study. They will conform the location of the outdoor unit part of the Heat Pump system, the location of all the internal components, and the route for the new pipework. They will then lay carpet protector in all the areas in which they will be walking and working. They will also ask if you’re happy for them to have their radio on whilst they work, if you prefer that they work without the radio on, please do let them know.
Some customers are surprised by how much equipment is required, there are a lot of components to a properly specified Heat Pump system! But don’t worry, the installation will be very neat and tidy once completed.
Please feel free to ask any questions at any time.
